Friendly welcome and great exhibition on the early peoples of the moor. Small selection of gifts. Good size car park - shame it charges. Good toilets and great place to start walks from. The clapper bridge nearby is very special and there is a nice, useful little shop next door too.

Always a pleasure to visit, healing too. Finding that rubbish was a first. Such a shame people need to be educated, perhaps we need to bring back the 'keep Britain Tidy' campaign. Otherwise a lovely visit

The find of the young woman's burial were of course spectacular. I just didn't get any of that feeling from the exhibition. It would be great to think the National Park will have another go at it in future.

You can do the most amazing walks from here. Also, the lady was very helpful and friendly to recommend us some walks. There is a small gift shop attached.
