Office staff clueless, picked up agency work for a flexible work schedule, its agency type work so you should be able to pick and chose, I picked up a shift but had to cancel due to wanting to have a night in, I emailed to let them know 2 days before and they told me it was unacceptable t cancel a shift. Im sorry its meant to be an agency and you can cancel agency work at any time you want. Had to pay for my own DPS also, no holiday pay, They would not give me forward bookings when they knew thats what i needed. Poor pay rates also
