Dropped in for food and drinks with friends over the weekend, the food is fantastic and was served quickly, shame about the customer service, the girl who served us was rude and abrupt when taking our orders at the bar, that's the only reason I wouldn't give 5stars for my review. Apart from that it's a nice spacious pub which is adhering to health guidelines and kept clean and tidy. Good location too as in centre of Solihull.

Gastro pub with a pretty large menu with different English and international dishes. Food quality is good if you compare this with the price you pay. The deals are good and during the week they have great offers. Also a nice place for drinks only. Update: the vegan burger with beetroot and quinoa is good choice for vegetarians, but unfortunately a bit greasy and not really crusty. Taste is okey tough, but would not take it again.
Covid 19 *** Felt very safe during my visit to O'Neill's. Bar area clear of people and tidy. Sitting area people were socially distanving, lay out good. Drinks reasonable.
This place is a great regular haunt for me and my friends, always clean and friendly staff. However yesterday spoiled that for my friends with an extremely rude and grumpy young barmaid with black hair who was overheard complaining about the amount of customers, and that they were "dirty people". A few people took offence to this whilst waiting in the queue. So annoyed at that, over the years the bar staff have always been friendly and welcoming but she really put a damper on our night:(
Sadly the breakfast wasn't anything special. Just ok. But better places to eat nearby
Saturday afternoon in October extended family had great time, food lovely, shout out to Luke who looked after us.
O'Neill's Solihull takes their COVID-19 precautions seriously and it's greatly appreciated. Staff are very friendly, app was functional during my visit, and drinks arrived at the table in less than a minute. Order a Double Burger and it was kind of tasteless and bland to be honest, but the chips and onion rings were excellent. Overall, great experience, would visit again!
Good pub, decor drinks and service really good as always, plus sports TV etc..
