Really pleased with my experience with Opticians Direct. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and received my order very fast. I chose a wrong frame size initially, so I sent my glasses back and the frames were replaced with no extra fee and the whole turnaround time of this was a week. Their communications and overall customer service was efficient. I’m really pleased with my new glasses and even with the whole exchanging situation I got them much faster than I would elsewhere.

Same problem that a lot of other people have seemed to have with this company - avoid unless you want them to have your money for weeks without receiving anything. Ordered glasses that were 'in stock', didn't hear anything for two weeks, rung up to check when I would be receiving my product and I was told that they're still waiting to 'acquire the frames' from Italy. People should be made aware of the lead times on waiting for their orders before buying as I would definitely have ordered from another site if i had known I'd be left waiting so long with nothing after dropping a lot of money on the glasses.
