The worst ever company to deal with. They will bombard you with estimated bills and always will find a reason for everything. Will make you feel guilty rather than to start from themselves. Bills after bills. HORRIBLE. Costumer service? A big zero to rate them. Just be way of this company. As far way as possible

Horrendous company to deal with!! Had an automatic meter reader for my business which Opus failed to tell me they wasn’t receiving any readings for twelve months, the first I heard of it was when I received a debt collection letter in the region of 3000. Now after receiving the debt collection letter the cost is 3600. The way this company works is a shambles!! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! And from the rest of the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one who’s been mistreated, I am in the process of contacting trading standards and the financial Ombudsman.

Worst company ever!!!! Avoid like the plague. Asked for bills to be changed in to my name what is a simple procedure the bills hiked from 15 a month to over 70. After trying to call for hours on end with no luck at getting through I finally agreed to pay 150 for 5 months now for the final month its back up to 220. Absolute joke of a company ive cancelled and signed up with edf energy and now my bills are 8 a month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 0 STARS

STAY AWAY!!! 14 moths after I asked and paid the final bill Opus realized they did not charged me enough money they start bombarding me with letters and they have taken Debt recovery action against me even though when I log in my account with opus the outstanding balance is 0!! costumer service is horrible worst experience ever!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are thieves. They charged me when we were in lockdown and closing the business 1300 pounds in a month. In 4 months they charged me 4000 pounds when we open noon from 6 to 3 and 1 day off .NO RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE EVER. OPUS please don't waste your time with the stamps that you leave copy and paste of answer so that people think that you care because it is the opposite. You only care how to get it out of people more possible in these bad times.
