One star is too many. Disgraceful customer service; I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They had my Range Rover for 4 days with the promise of fixing an airbag light, I waited patiently for 3 days, due to the current pandemic and was promised that they would have a technician working on my vehicle today as they said there were no other cars booked in and give me priority. Midday arrived, with no courtesy call and no work done on the car. Yet again another empty promise. This was my 5th purchase from Land Rover and this will definitely be my last. Mrs Dutson

Purchased an \Approved\ Evoque 30/5/19, certificated to have received a 165 Multi-point inspection including a preliminary check that all keys present and operational. Recently discovered that the unused spare was inoperative despite a change of battery. Vehicle submitted for service 23/12/20 and key was logged as an issue. Invoiced for programmed keys and battery 85.80. Service advisor Moyra Davies was extremely professional, helpful and attentive and consulted with a tech engineer and her manager on my behalf to query the billing. I am disappointed that keys are not covered by the Approved programme but accept that Pentland Landrover have no liability under the warranty and that they are discharged of responsibility outwith a reasonable timescale. I am grateful to Gareth Toher, Head of Business and Grahame Robertson, Service Manager for a welcomed resolution to the conclude the issue.

On my travel from Inverness to Lincoln I had a blown fuse in my 12volt socket in luggage compartment I had no idea where to find fuse box stopped in at Pentland they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful they fixed it had me back on the road in no time and no charge customer care at its best thank you \team pentland
