I purchased a used Ford Focus back in November 2017. Of course I expected the usual car salesman "pushy" approach, however the reality was far different. I was given a test drive and an honest review of the vehicle, and after some healthy negotiation left with a new car at a reasonable price. As far as used car dealerships go the sales and after sales experience has been significantly above industry standard.
We purchased a Ford KA from this dealer after viewing many other cars with the same spec. I have purchased many cars in the past and was extremely happy to find this dealership; no pushy sales, lovely, fresh modern show room. Been to a lot of places who I trusted and have been ripped off loads of other places. From dodgy fitted timing belt kits to bad electrical work. The best mechanic I have come across is call Mick at Perry's (Dronfield). I own a Ford focus which must of been made on a Friday afternoon... load of problems even with it being low mileage and 1 lady owner. He sorted my car out loads of times from clutch and flywheel replacements to brakes, springs, multifunction fuse box, tyres and other things. This guy NEVER gave up on me and my car while other garages did give up and only did a half arsed job. He always got me back on the road as my work commute is 60 miles per day. He has loaned me cars for days while he sorted mine or my wife's vehicles out. I will never go to another place again. Even if we moved house to a different area, he is always my #1 port of call. The garage fits things around to suit you, not them. I can highly recommended mick, good pricing and priced matched even the cheapest of quotes I got for the clutch and flywheel replacements. I would recommend anybody to go here!
Paid a lot of money for seat protection that doesn't work treatment comes with a life time gurantee. They have had to clean the seats twice and re do treatment now third time they don't want to know ... looks like I'm going to contact head office or trading standards
Having not purchased a car from a dealership in over 12 years i was a little concerned to say the least. Having worked in the motor trade all my working life i didnt want any of the unneeded sales routine that quite often happens. After viewing a few cars at various places we found ourselves at Perrys Ford at Dronfield, our salesman called Justin. What a top bloke. Gave us the keys and told us to look round at our leisure, no hard sell in sight. Brilliant. Today we collected our new family member, A beautiful Blue Ford Focus. I cannot recommend this dealership / Justin, enough. The easiest, happiest, no hassle purchase i could ever have dreamed of. Thank you so much.
They were fine but as it's a Ford dealer the car selection was a little weighted towards Ford cars. Also nothing to occupy the little ones while talking about the cars.
