This is a small local community leisure service centre. Every time I have used the place personally the staff and facilities have been first class.

My friend and I use the gym regularly and up until Saturday 10th of September we've had no problems. However, on this date we went to the gym as we usually do, pumped up and ready to train, arriving at half four that afternoon. We paid to enter the gym and everything was as it usually was. The website says that the gym closes at six o'clock on a Saturday so we set a workout that would finish at quarter to six leaving us enough time to shower and leave. As we were starting our workout an employee told us that the gym was closing at half past five. It was quarter to when we started, meaning we would have paid 3.15 to use the machines for 45 minutes! 15 minutes off our time may not seem like much but we felt we should have been able to use the gym until six as that's the time the website advertises it will shut on a Saturday. We went downstairs to ask the man behind the desk if they shut at half five and he confirmed the time. We weren't too happy. We explained the time on the website and a massive argument happened as a result of this. During which, an employee shouted and swore at us. Now we were really annoyed! I love the gym I use it frequently, its convenient after school and its good to keep fit. Another member of staff explained the bottom of the centre closes at six o'clock not the top - if that's the case then the website should say this?
