Went to collect a parcel Thursday and it was shut. Their reduced hours have not been made very public, to top it off, lots of staff around who said nothing to me, they let me walk to the office to find it shut. The hours are useless to those working!

Ordered a limited edition vinyl that was worth a lot of money and the postman delivering thought it would be a good idea to snap it by bending it in half and post it through my letterbox despite it being solid, instead of taking it back to the sorting office for me to pick up. don’t expect anybody there to give you a call back when you go and complain and give them your number. such a careless and reckless attitude.
