Excellent service. We dealt with Seb at Cirencester, who sold our property, and was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. He was completely on our side and found us the perfect buyer. He was also very good at keeping in touch, even when there was nothing to report, just to ensure good communication. He pushed further down the line when he felt things were moving too slowly and always fed back immediately. I really couldn't recommend him enough - the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.
My wife and I recently moved to the Cotswolds with Savills Cirencester's help. The entire experience has been absolutely fantastic! I don't have a single thing I can complain about. They have been more than accommodating and helpful, in particular Agatha who helped us from start to finish. The professional and expert advise shown by Agatha was fantastic, she always made time to help. The entire experience was great! I would most definitely recommend using Savills Cirencester!!!
As a buyer we obviously do not pay Savills for their service but their help, advice and approachability was outstanding during a complicated buying experience. Nothing seemed too much of an issue, questions were answered quickly and efficiently (however stupid the questions may have been!) and there seemed to be a genuine empathy. The welcome package was a nice touch too. Big thanks to Penny, Anthony, Henry and especially Ben for his patience and time
