The team at Savills guided us through the sale of our parents' house after their deaths and kept in touch on a weekly basis through the 15 months from being put up for sale to completion of a sale. This included the first lockdown in 2020 and the subsequent withdrawal of an offer a long way down the route to exchanging contracts.
