I had my rifles valued, given a price over phone. I agreed, went to collect cash then blatantly given 50 short!! He suggested he’ll I make it up next time I’m in. Not likely to need to go in as just sold everything and drove all that way. Annoyed I didn’t cancel the deal but at least I can review on here. Get valuations & prices in writing! Beware of the smiles

Took my Webley and Scott semi Auto 12g in for repair as it wasn't cycling cartridges properly. This was March 2020. Its now Dec 2020 and I still haven't got it back. They are ignoring my emails. They initially claimed Covid was causing issues but im sure even Covid doesn't stop emails being answered. Now preparing to go to the store where they can't ignore me!!
