We ordered two burritos. One came with none of the extras we paid for. The other came with onions when it was clearly stated there shouldn't be onions. Really disappointing because of really simple things

Quality burritos, every single time! Spanish Nook are doing everything right! Cheaply priced for premium food! I've ordered burritos several times and they honestly would beat the likes of Boojum. The vegetables are always fresh and there's always the right amount of sauce. The large burritos are very filling. I've always been served with a smile and a casual, friendly chat. The shop is also spotless. Well worth a go! :)
100% would give 0 stars if I could. Visited a friends house and we ordered food at 19:26 via Just Eat. We were told via the app that the food would arrive at 20:10 then it was delayed to 20:25. No further updates followed. They were rang 4 times and no answer twice. The person who then answered the phone made nothing but excuses and apologies. Didn't offer to give us anything free or refund the food. The food then arrived at 21:22... ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER!!! The delivery driver then tried to ask for another 1.50 when he arrived at the door. Absolutely disgusting customer service. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
