Visited this morning on with a hearing aid problem. The lady that dealt with me was brilliant. I had no appointment but the lady spent a lot of time re-setting my hearing aids. Very much appreciated unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name.

EDIT: After reviewing and getting a phone call back everything was sorted. Best pair of glasses i've ever worn! No one answered the phone. Have tried to ring for past 3 days now... have rang about 15 times.

My daughter (a student) was getting an eye test for the first time recently and was never informed when arranging or attending the appointment that there would be a charge of 25. The mature member of staff (Sharon) was pushy, rude and quite obviously left her people skills at home that day. So much so, myself, my husband and daughter will never visit Specsavers in the future.

Must try to be more polite. Namely it may benefit both the company and staff not speak while the customer is speaking, as well as refraining from disengaging the telephone which all seem to be common practises at coulby newham specsavers This occurred when I made a enquiry about returning a pair of glasses because of a manufacturer defect that still happen to be under warrenty Awarded 1 star since there is no option for 0
