Terrible food and service. The website said 60 minutes wait when ordering food. It turned up nearly 4 hours later! I called after 3 hours to chase and the staff were rude. When the food arrived the driver ignored social distancing rules. They must have run out of meat for the meat samosas. The madras looked and tasted nothing like a madras. It was hotter than a vindaloo and tasted absolutely repulsive. I have no idea what curry it was but it was like no madras I have ever eaten. Pilau rice was ordered, boiled rice was delivered. Spices always used to be my choice when ordering and Indian. The food and service has gone massively down hill. I won't be returning anytime soon!

Ordered tonight specifically to get the free popadom offer, I ordered the same last week which was delicious, however I had 3 poppadoms and 3 tiny sauces. So this week I ordered and paid for 4 extra sauces to complete a delicious meal. Unfortunately I didn't receive the popadoms. I did get a extra nan bread? I rang over 1 hr ago to be told I'd get the popadoms in 20 mins, as much as I appreciate they were free, I only ordered the extra sauces for the popadoms. Are main meal is now cold as we've been waiting on our typical Indian starter. Disappointed! And 7pots of sauces wasted.
