Fantastic! I have used Stitch Rowing for 5 different orders now and each time the quality and service is great! The bras are so comfortable, the leggings, jumpers, training tops all fantastic! (My gilet from 2011 is also still going strong!) Would recommend to everyone!

Used them last year for a rugby shirt for a team tour and was massively impressed with the job they did. I am local but Duncan was very accommodating when I popped in in person to discuss and tweek designs. Team were thrilled with their shirts.

I have been using stitch for the last 2 years through my uni rowing club. Every item I have received has been well made and of really great quality. The interactions I have had with staff has shown them to be really friendly and helpful. They provided us with a wide selection of designs for us to choose from and listened to any feedback we gave. Because of Stitch Worcester rowing club won the Crazy leggings competition at BUCS regatta 2016. Great company!!

Appaling customer service. We made a very large order for 89 members of our university boat club in November and were given a delivery date so that our novices would have kit before their first race. Assured we would have the delivery by 1st December we were emailed that day to inform us that we would actually only receive leggings (this turned out to not include the women's fit leggings). It then took weeks to receive the full order. Stitch's poor customer service has been made very clear to us as they have ignored every email regarding possible compensation sent to them since we received our kit. Up until the point of sale, Stitch were communicative but it appears that their customer retention efforts are non-existent and they do not actually care about their customers' experience.

Great service from the whole team at Stitch. Prompt and professional design service where our own imaginations were lacking! Very happy with the chosen fabrics as well, really comfortable for racing and training in - best AIO on the market and really good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble, looking forward to dealing with you guys in the future.

Stitch is the main kit supplier for my rowing club, they kitted out both our Henley Women's Regatta crew and Henley Royal Regatta crews this year, the zephyrs and tops looked amazing and arrived in plenty of time.

Been a student customer for 2 years. Both years they have been over a week behind on delivery and even then I am still missing kit. When a customer spends 200 on kit, you expect it to be on time and complete. Customer service is... well... there is no service.
