The communication was excellent from start to finish and throughout the process, we were confident that when communicating with James we would receive a prompt reply. As part of our work done, we had our ceilings plastered and the quality of this was outstanding. James and his team came out twice at our request to ensure that the gloss work in particular was improved when we noticed that some areas had been missed. Thank you for the work on our living room, landing and stairs. An incredibly friendly team to have work on our home.

Summit Renovations have just finished a render repair job on my house. James and his team have been excellent; from the initial thoughtful planning, through to the high quality finish. We are delighted and I would thoroughly recommend them.
James and the team have been excellent throughout. Communication has been clear, consistent and timely. The standard of work has been brilliant for each of the rooms that we have had work done. The crew were polite, courteous and punctual during their work and kept us informed of any issues arising or queries that they had. James maintained correspondance from start to finish which was very reassuring, particularly when we had to make small changes to the agreed plan of work. We have further rooms that we would like to improve and wouldn't hesitate to call Summit Renovation again to engage.
I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to friends and family. James is very professional and turned up on time on all occasions. Price is reasonable and they have done a perfect job. We had our lounge and bathroom repainted including ceilings, skirting boards and doors etc.
At very short notice Summit Renovation painted walls, ceilings and woodwork in our living room, dining room, hall stairs and landing, and four bedrooms. The work was carried out expertly, efficiently and extremely neatly despite the short mobilisation period and short timescale they had. James project managed expertly, was very customer focused and talked us through each stage of the works. The very minor snags we had were resolved immediately and without question or excuse.
Used this company and they did an amazing job. Re-plastered the entire house. Paint job was excellent. Would certainly recommend.

James arranged to meet me at 11:00am to look at everything that needed doing and draw up a quote for the work. He rang my doorbell at exactly 11:00am! We arranged to meet James at 11:00am to go round our house and quote. He rang the doorbell at precisely 11:00am. This is exactly what James is like. If he says he’ll do it, it gets done. We got the quote promptly and he and his team started work a week later. First impressions are very important and our first impression of James was that he was professional, hard working, open and honest. We were absolutely right. When we hit a problem, he went out of his way to solve it, and he is even coming back to make sure that everything is completed exactly as he told us it would be To say that we’ve been impressed is an understatement. We are extremely happy with the work - pretty much a whole house make good and repaint. His advice is spot on, quality of work is very high, communication during the job was excellent, and we are surprised at the difference he and his team has made to our house. He said we would be! Our tired old house has now been rejuvenated and given new life. Would we recommend James and Summit Renovation? ABSOLUTELY !!
