Beware of this company before signing up for a year's lessons and handing over a lot of money... My children have been going to lessons with Swimming Nature for a number of years now. I cannot fault the teaching staff who are warm, friendly, kind, and wonderful teachers. However, the company itself is very disappointing. They used to give kids progress badges once they'd achieved certain swimming targets. This was stopped and badges are instead emailed to parents. My kids are still really upset about this as they used to sew them onto their trunks/towels. All the kids really, really got excited about achieving the badges, but the company stopped this, presumably to cut costs. Swimming Nature have been terrible throughout lockdown. It is impossible to get hold of them; they don't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails. They have not refunded missed lessons but have given credits with a short expiry date and cancelled courses they offered in lieu of missed lessons. I have no idea what I'm owed because they won't tell me, and I am struggling to get a refund for the HUGE cost lessons. It's such a shame, the teachers are all wonderful but the company itself is very clearly just about making money and the well-being of their customers is very, very low down on their list of priorities. I'm using up my remaining credits (because I can't seem to get a refund) and then will be taking my custom elsewhere. Be warned!

The communication is brilliant. They always keep me updated about the sessions of my children through emails and text message. The instructor is very patient and involve me always on my children progress. The venue is lovely and they treat you very well. Thank you as both my daughters enjoy their lesson and look forward to their next lesson.

My kids have been going to swimming nature for a while, but it wasn’t until we had Tannaz as their instructor that we saw a huge progress in their swimming. Tannaz is a very capable and patient instructor! Highly recommended.

My kids just came back from a long break from swimming lessons due to the Covid situation. They had new teachers and I was a little concerned about my youngest getting tearful, but I needn't have worried as the teachers were amazing - both kids didn't want their lessons to end and wanted to stay longer. They did so much in the 30 minute slot - I was so impressed. Excellent.

My little boy has been swimming with Lauren at Marriott Bexleyheath for 2 years. After 6 lessons he could swim backstroke unaided. Lauren is nothing short of amazing and the right balance of discipline and fun required to engage a 5-6 year old. The general admin of 'Swimming Nature' could be improved slightly but all in all a decent experience and incredible swimming results.
