Been here 3 times for their Pad Thai, this is more flavourful and closest to thailand's version in my opinion. I have no idea what other Thai eateries are doing in festivals; bland and sad. This place is pretty decent flavourwise, although lunch time is more affordable for the beef/pork/chicken variants.
My fav thai in southport, just a shame they don't deliver anymore. The green curry and pad Thai are my favourite
