Ordered food last night. Food was cold. Half the order did not turn up. Then they brought the food which was due to turn up 20 minutes later and that was cold. Never complain about takeaways. If you order from here make sure you own a microwave. Really bad. For them just to say request a refund through just eat. Place has gone down

This is one of the best Indian takeaway's in the country. It serves very high quality, restaurant standard cuisine at very reasonable prices. It is an incredibly busy and popular takeaway for its size, serving until the early hours, which is testament to the quality of the food. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and have a wicked sense of humour. It is very easy to strike up a great, and lasting relationship with the staff. They offer a very wide range of cuisine, including pizza and English dishes, but the Indian food is something special. Overall an excellent service, good pricing and very high quality food, make Balti Masters Hebburn, well worth a visit.

Ordered 2 basic curries, 1 x Chicken Bhuna & 1 x Chicken Madras with 1 by Pilau rice, 1 x Plain Nan and 2 x Poppadoms. Now don't get me wrong I love Balti Masters Food but think they are getting very expensive. That's the reason for 3 stars. Food gets 5 stars but let themselves down with their price's Staff are always great though.
