Came here looking for a wedding venue, the Club offers a lovely and unique setting for a wedding with beautiful rooms that will make for excellent photos, they also make use of the public gardens outside, weather permitting. It is in Clifton so has the usual challenges a around parking. Prices look more competitive than similar venues like Goldeney Hall, however pay careful attention to the Terms and Conditions there is an extra 10% service charge and the cancellation fees include a sliding scale, factoring in the loss of revenue from the bar.
If you get the chance, enjoy a coffee.

The Clifton Club still retains its ambiance as an oasis of cultured charm with "proper" service and quality food and wines - just as a top flight Members Club should.
A bit stuffy for my tastes and members (and their invited guests only) but good food.
