The worst thing that ever happened to me as they promise support and help until they want you off there books when they drop you like a stone. There own physiologist insisted a fazed return to Mental Health team and don’t ever call them when your in a crisis as they threaten and belittle you and cancel appointments leaving you despairate and unsupported even complaining to a manager and I’m still waiting for them to call back worst experience of my life and almost pushed me to suicide

Really more damaging to ones recovery how they take the piss with your life and recovery progress. Completely irresponsible causing people to get ill by their unprofessional idiocrizy. Waste of time effort and hope. Even manager isnt capable of recognizing when to admit to unprofessional ridiculous damaging mistakes having been made to compensate for. Still no voice truly speaks up for the addict. They are not there to help you, they are using our illness to make a living and other than that they couldn't care less about any of our journeys or struggles. Believe me. Even dealers are more user friendly ironically!
