Had a bad experience with rude behaviour. Our daughter was unable to attend classes we had booked on for, part way through the term because of an illness and subsequent appointments. We asked if we could book onto the following term instead, but the response was shocking. We were made to feel terrible about it. That they had been \holding the place for you and we now need to try and sell it for the remainder of the term.\ Keep in mind, we were already booking in to start 4 classes later than the rest, if they had interest for that class - it will have already been filled And if they had someone else asking to join the class, they would have chased us for payment to secure our place. Awful, rude behaviour. We won't be booking on for next term, that's for sure
