I really enjoyed the Christmas room, beautiful things there, I bought some Christmas presents that had been eluding me. It's a fantastic historic building that you should take the opportunity to go into for that reason alone. The main shop is nice but quite dear. Its a nice place to shop for presents, especially for older people, lots of scarves and a very good selection of mugs.
Very interesting. And good to know that very modern feature of no doors, just ropes comes form the 17th century Protestant roundhead homes... who'd have thought?!?
