We went today for an anniversary dinner with our daughter and her children, the children's meals arrived promptly, they ate their meals and finished while we sat and waited and waited. We were assured they were just coming, we waited and waited. Our dinners finally arrived nearly 2 hours later. We felt rushed to eat our meals as the children had been so good and patient while they waited for us to finish. The food was lovely the service not so!

Amazing food and great atmosphere! Our fav pub in the area. We had chicken wings and burgers too but they looked so good and we were hungry so they didn't last long enough for a photo!

A great country pub, staff very courteous. With less than 10 minutes before closing the kitchen, we were happily accomodated with a fantastic Sunday Roast at a superb price, happy days, a big thank you to the chefs...

What a lovely place, it is so nice. The staff are great, they're are a real good bunch. There's a sign outside saying \you got to eat here\ and we were glad we did. The menu isn't big, but the choice is good. Sunday roast looks good. The loo's are upstairs but there is a loo downstairs for people who can't copy with the stairs. The tables are spaced out due to the covid 19 and out side seating is good. It looks like dog are welcome due to water bowls outside. Car park is quite big. We are so glad we went in. It might be a good idea to book as it seem very popular. Well worth a visit.

Great pub and the food is excellent. Owners extremely warm and friendly and staff likewise very professional. Recently they have installed a spacious outside covered area for dining which looks fantastic complete with fires and so sun or no sun, you dont need to eat inside. Highly recommend. Also pet friendly.
