Love this place! Helpful lovely staff who are always on hand to answer questions about the pets or the resident animals, and will order things in if they haven't got it, it's where I go for all my tortoise and gecko needs and to spy on my next addition painted turtles!

A place I've recently found and been here about 5 times already, good selection of animals so amazing well behaved parrots, and a pet dog the parrots like to call out, keeps the misses busy while I spend my wage packet good selection of tropical fish, there a few frogs snakes and reptiles here too, along with Billy a large tortoise, some nice tank displays to get some ideas if your planing on keeping frogs or reptiles. They have good selection of equipment for the selection of animals they have, good guys that work there too

Fantastic staff who really know their stuff. Went in for a tortoise UVB lamp. Guided me to the right one for the size and breed. I bought all the kit needed to set up my vivarium and was given a couple of free screws for the lamp fittings. Little things like that really make the difference. Made setting my tortoise up that bit easier, and made my experience a brilliant one. Thanks guys, really the best pet shop in the area!
