Easy place to get the service done! Rebecca was very professional and helpful. Due a technical error the ford assist breakdown could not be renewed. Rebecca ensured that this was done on the following day and emailed me the renewed breakdown cover. Very efficient!

Been trying to speak to someone for over 1 hour. All they do when the phone is ring is pick it up and put it down again. How can I book a service if they keep doing this? How am I supposed to get help?
I made a booking to get 3 items looked at... a bonnet that wouldn't open, a window that would bounce back and a software update. All covered by warranty as my car is rather new. I dropped the car at 8am, they asked me if it can be kept overnight which I agreed and the following day they then tell me they need for the weekend. So they had the car for two days and all the did was wash it. Just before they closed off on the second day I picked it up. The apologise I was given was mediocre and although they confirmed that they availability they still gave me the standard answer of 'its all because of covid'... I get it and I sympathise with that but that was not the reason and not this time. I booked the same service with another Ford approved garage and they got everything done by lunchtime and they told me it only took a couple of hours to get it all done. I'll never go back here again, potentially consider not buying Ford cars again.
Good service but they really need a bigger car park.
The team has been Fantastic and went over and above the norm! I would highly recommend them!
