Rude drivers, atleast they can welcome pessengers with a smile, they even dont have contactless payment system, you can only pay by cash and they dont give you change aswell, you need to give exact amount to Mr.driver.

A lot of express services out of Europa (including Dublin services x1 and X2) will run from here by Ulsterbus both in and out. Majority of services run on time and screen inside gives you information on what stand your service departs from.

Went on trip to Athenry. Apparently the driver had to do the trip at the last minute and hadn’t done this route before. We have been on several trips with Ulster bus before and drivers always excellent explaining things and playing music. This time unfortunately driver did not stand up and tell the passengers anything and we had to ask him each time we got off the coach what time we needed to get back. On the trip back passengers had a whip round for the driver and he never even said thank you to anyone. In his defence he was a very good driver and even when the coach developed a few problems he coped very well. I think he is probably a very good bus driver but just not cut out for the tours as lacks communication skills.

Lagonside bus station is a bit of a joke, usually empty at best off times. What buses there are should be moved to Glengal street station. Have all buses in central location.
