Just read the reviews here. Seems like this is a recurring problem where they don’t send the v5c log book to dvla after sale of the vehicle. Wonder why?! I tried contacting to chase up on getting the logbook sent but the phone number on the receipt does not work anymore, hence I did not receive the abuse that the rest of the reviewers here experienced. So I had the added hassle of getting a new logbook from dvla myself despite paying an admin charge when I purchased the vehicle.

Avoid!!!!! Just read all the reviews and avoid this place. They will take your money and instead of a customer service you will receive a threatening abuse. Bought a car, they charge 95 admin fee for paper work which then never was done. As soon as you try to contact them all you receive is threatening messages. Those people are criminal. wish I would of read all the reviews before.
I want to warn people so they don't get into the same horrid situation as I did. Bought my car, had some issues, asked for help from the dealer. As a response got horrific abuse and threats, so bad I had to make a police report just to be on the safe side. If you google Uxbridge Road car dealer, you'll find review sites where other people have similar stories. Stay safe fellow car buyers, always research a business address on google first.
They are robbers. Very bad people. Always changing company names and selling unsafe car . When I bought the car the dealer name was Used Toyota Motor Specialists in Auto Trader . Avoid this place please. I bought the car, VW JETTA , AD07TXV from this place last December 2018 one week before Christmas .The car had 2 years warranty.But The car is faulty and returned the next day to this dealer . I was promised to exchange another car when I get V5C that they said comming to my address . But V5C is never come and we had disputes.There is no name and address on sale receipt. I cannot do anything. Even Auto Trader cannot do anything for me and I couldn't give bad comments for this dealer. Now I lost that car . I paid nearly 4000 including warranty and fees. Before I bought this car someone took away my car with the key. I can not claim insurance. So I lost 2 cars in a short time. Because of this matters My life is mess now.my health also getting ruin.One day you will have to pay back what you did to other people. I wish every body knows about this place. Anyone of you who works in this dealer , if you are a good person, please don't work here . This dealer always changes the name like yearly . And the address is also charged and sometimes they used the neighbours address. I know their current name but I don't want to post here . As I know, there is one more dealer (no name) on the Lady magrat road in South Hall. They are the same people the same group. WHO CAN SORT OUT THIS PEOPLE.?
Do not buy from these criminals. Many changes of name and they are illegally trading from side streets where they keep their dodgy cars
