Super efficient service. Max was very professional knowlegible and friendly in discussing various options and choices re my phone and broadband account. Covid measures meant mask wearing and screens made communication for anyone slightly hard of hearing. Max turned off the muzak so we could communicate better. All in all 5 stars for quality and level of service.

Cannot rate the staff in here highly enough - competent and not pushy - also sorted out a technical problem with my vodafone bill with alot of patience. I've used this shop for quite a few years and they have always been very helpful.

Went to morpeth Vodafone shop 3 weeks ago. The staff are always so helpful even on my most trivial things they don't make you feel stupid I'm not a young person so find it hard negotiating around my new phone. They have tremendous patience I think the guy was called Tony not sure thank you again

Went to the Vodafone shop in Morpeth today as my husband was looking to upgrade his phone. Sofina was brilliant. Didn't try to sell him something he didn't want or need, just listened to what he was after and suggested accordingly. Explained all he needed to know. Great customer service.
