My mother and I visited the Bognor Regis shop today and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. Kayleigh was brilliant, she helped us and sorted out our problems with ease. Especially an issue that I have been trying to sort out for a while now, with her expertise and knowledge and Kayleigh was super friendly and patient with us. We left the shop feeling very happy.

Visited the shop and waited, waited and waited. 20 minutes later I left as still not been seen. This shop as bad as their customer services online and over the phone. Only went to the shop to get new contract sorted as kept on hold over an hour on their call back system on the phone. Life’s too short to use Vodafone I advise you go elsewhere!
