Ok but not as good service as previous visit but this was due to Covid19 so staff had to try and serve you from the front door but to me does not work very well

Amazing Service! Came in looking for a new phone, not quite sure what to go for, believe I was dealing with the Assistant manager who talked me through options based on what I needed my phone for. First time I've not felt pressurised into buying a particular phone

After going to multiple shops, I was unable to find a network that suits me, until I went to Vodafone clumber Street and Rich took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted, and helped me get the phone and contract that is perfect for me. All the staff are kind, friendly and welcoming, I didn't feel awkward when walking in, even though it was Rich who served me all the staff greeted me with a simple hello which really does make a difference.
