Employees are treat like chewing gum on the bottom on your shoe, threatened to be sack at any given moment for no apparent reason and no respect for anyone managers speaking to people like utter tripe, if they offer you a job here just run for the hills and don't look back is my best advice, and God help you if you have to work alongside Simon the man on a power trip!!

I would not recommend WB group at all following the atrocious way we have been treated and the total disregard to customer service the senior management have. The product seems OK but don't expect to get the product you ordered, this has been our experience and certainly don't expect WB to resolve the issues to the customer's satisfaction, if our experience is anything to go by. We ordered a Virtual door through a recommended fitter, the order our fitter placed was as per our specification, including a 1600mm long flat profile handle. The door delivered was fitted with a round 1500mm handle. WB admit it was their mistake but the only solution they have put forward, after much toothpulling, is they will supply a new handle, problem is the door is individually factory made in accordance with the specified handles, the 1500 mm round handle has 2 fixing points whereas the 1600mm long flat handle has 3 fixing points. This requires an extra fitting point being drilled on site, problems with this is 1) correct position and size of hole; 2)potential to compromise the integrity of door, thermal values, locking mechanism and guarantee; 3) drilled on site rather than factory conditions. We have asked for written confirmation that the above concerns will not be an issue and that the guarantee will not be affected but this is not been forthcoming and basically given how unresponsive to customer service the senior management have been could we have peace of mind with confirmation if it were forthcoming. WB group will not provide the correct door that was ordered, why as the customer should we be the ones to compromise, given our order was correct for the product we specified and pay a considerable amount for the privilege of something we didn't order. Based on our experience I can not recommend WB group at all.

Dishonourable people with a below average product ! Advanced Group trusted these people for many years and spent hundreds of thousands of pounds with them . A change of policy meant that we moved to another supplier not realising that these people stopped guaranteeing their product !! Do not buy any colour panels !! They fail and they don't replace !! Their poor product has cost us thousands ! Their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on!! Caveat emptor !!
