Hidden away in between the M25 and the English Channel, stretching from the Ashdown Forest to the South Downs, the Wealden District is one of the South East's best kept secrets and home to 156,000 people. Wealden enjoys some of the most unspoilt countryside in South East: the Ashdown Forest, the High Weald, parts of the South Downs, the Seven Sister cliffs and Pevensey Levels. We have recently supported Coralie and the Council with placements within the property team. It's been a smooth process and the feedback from candidates has been great.

The only saving grace for WDC is the call centre staff, they are very nice and friendly! However the bin men have Dementia as they seem to forget to collect bins and they leave the state of the road in such bad conditions they hare life threatening

Roads are in an absolute terrible state, road works are not kept on top of and poorly orgainised thus causing massive amounts of tail backs, now the charging for garden waste collection, house waste sites charge for hardcore and soil...money making swines, extremely poor service and quite frankly an arrogant and rude manner when dealing with things. Disgusting
