I booked my hire van into have a filter drained I arrived, and was asked for my details and asked to take a seat. Then the lass behind the desk made me a coffee. It was a pleasant experience and the staff were very professional the work was completed quickly and the mechanic even came through to explain the problem. All in all a great experience. West Wallasey bent over backwards to help us with our hire of a van to move house contents from Wirral to Switzerland and Germany. They took care of every aspect of the transaction with total customer care, they provided a virtually brand new vehicle , which had less than 100 miles on the clock and gave us the reassurance and support of covering any eventuality if we needed assistance. The vehicle performed excellently as we drove from Wirral to Bern and then on into the Black Forest Germany. Claire and her colleagues at the Fleet office were polite , professional and couldn't help us enough. I cannot recommend this company highly enough , hire with complete confidence

Just went today to ask about enquiry about renting a fleet of vans and got no service at all.. lady very rude more or less looking for excuses for us to leave as she was busy... very very unprofessional would not recommend at all.. management should be ashamed of themselves
