Highly recommended. Great value (5 return) and much nicer than driving. We are day trippers from Taunton, used it first time yesterday. Very friendly and efficient staff. Wish the company and employees a good winter and look forward to using the service next spring/summer.

If anyone is looking for a nice relaxing trip across the bay to Brixham look no further. This service is great value and would definitely recommend it for taking the kids out for an amazing afternoon.
Absolutely ripped off. I paid 42 for 3 adults for a cruise trip from Torquay. Our journey took us as far Brixham harbour. I could have paid 5 each for a return journey with the same company for exactly the same trip.The boat was the same, the route was the same and to top it off we had to wait in the harbour to collect the cheaper fair paying customers. I complained to the guy in the paying cabin and he was rude and could not explain or expand on why I paid more!!!!! No because I'd be ripped off!!!!!!! My advice: if you go on the boat trip. Save money and do the 5 return trip it's exactly the same as the coastal cruise at 14......
Been using the Western lady for years....miss the old Fairmile boats though. Good service. Good people run it.
Lovely people, keep it fun every crossing . Our dogs had great gun fun with the others passengers. Tired on the way back , despite the large swell, slept all the way
