I realise we are in lockdown,but could somebody please tell the manageress, I believe her name is Penny, and her staff not to be so rude and officious in their approach to customers. In fact on one occasion I was told \you shouldn't be in here anyway\. Their attitude is such that it makes you feel altogether unwelcome in the shop especially if you wish to use the Post Office (where all the staff are helpful, cheerful and welcoming) Politeness costs nothing and is everything to a successful business. Perhaps a customer service course would be of use to all the staff.
Lots and lots of Christmas gifts all over the store, all I needed was glue.

Being diabetic it really annoys me when you go to pay for a bottle of water, as you get to the till the server ask if you want any of these chocolates?? Do they think we are stupid or something, if I wanted chocolate I would have picked some up. It really does annoy me
