I was lucky enough to take my family to one of their Open Days at the vineyard with Kirsty and Elaine. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! The sun was glorious. Wiston's COVID measures were immaculate, didn't overwhelm you and even inspired a compliment from my H&S Step-Mum. You could take the whole experience at your own pace and relax...with glorious wine too!

Amazing experience of a young and growing winery. With Alex providing the most enthusiastic and informative detail of the journey so far...... Beautiful surroundings and tasting to enjoy. Thoroughly recommended before they expand and improve for the masses and maybe lose some of the magic.
Visited at 13 th of July, 2015. I like to watch, how English and Irish try to copy Châmpagne perfection. ;-) They are geting better and better... But still the vines are too young... I wish to them all the best. :-). Chardonnay 2010 recommended by me. The owners and a winemaker are soo kind, friendly and full of passion. A great job, you are definitely one of my favourites sparkling English wine producers.
Wonderful, knowledgeable and tasty tour of the vineyard, winery and wines. Tour started at the tasting room which is not where the winery is (make sure they send the directions on booking). Very pretty custom built room by the side of the vines. Tour started with a video of the Estate followed by a wander into the fields, a tractor ride to explore the winery then back to the tasting room for the wines. Loved Kirsty's exuberant commentary, wine knowledge and story telling. Delicious wines and very much looking forward to drinking the ones we bought!
We went on the tour today. Fabulous, fabulous tour. Really interesting and Kirsty is so enthusiastic, you really feel comfortable with her. It is clear she loves the business and making the tour great for everyone. Well worth it.
