Avoid this place! Really bad buying experience. I visited the shop this summer to place my first order and they looked very professional so I decided to go with them. After I've explained what I need, it took more then a week to get back to me with quote then I placed order which was taking months. I understand that it was hard to get stock of some items so I didn't blame them for that but I had to chase them up for updates. Anyway I was happy with the embroidery and I thought that it was one of. Then the cold shower came when I went to buy some more items. I told the manager \Ranjit\ what I'm after and promised to get back to me with quote which never happened. It's weird that a shop is not interested in sale especially I spent a lot of money on first order and paid the set up fee as well which is clearly a waste. Anyway I've found a much better shop but I thought that this review would help explain how ignorant this business is.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any online purchase. I lost almost 200 in my transaction. My purchase was canceled without any explanation, warning, email, anything! Customer service is immensely unhelpful, and incredibly rude !!! Avoid
