Great food and great service, lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff! Food was amazing and the portion sizes were incredible! Lovely garden space, and all staff followed social distancing rules ect! Highly recommend for a family dinner, or drinks with friends, all round lovely pub!

Spent a couple of hours in the Zach today with my wife Elaine and two of our friends. Our first visit, and definitely not our last. Their approach to the coronaviras is excellent. I downloaded their app, that was simple to use. The orders were not to long coming and the service was spot on. The food was simple but extremely nice.. good value... and well priced. Thank you for a nice afternoon..
I couldn't think of a worst place to be. The day i went to this pub there were a group of younger women barley clothed and being so loud, i felt so unwelcome and embarrassed, im surprised that the staff didn't say anything to them even though there where children coming back and forth with their parents in and out of the pub. Not coming back, but staff where nice.
The staff here treat young people really poorly, I was kicked out because of the fact I was u21, (and they thought an easy target therefore). I had already ordered food which was getting cold, and they didn't refund us, even though I never ate my food. Yvonne, the manager, claimed that there was a sign saying no u21s after 8pm but she kept disappearing, when I questioned the existence of said sign (which never actually existed). The leadership skills of Yvonne were quite frankly embarrassing, and we will never come back here again. I feel not only humiliated but also belittled.
This particular time. We had a very good service. Yvonne, your staff are a credit to you. Very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.
