Fantastic customer service experience rebooking our adventure that we had to postpone twice due to COVID-19. Super helpful and phone call was done within 5 minutes with the email confirmation sent straight after. Can't wait to actually attend now

This was so much fun! We did it as a family activity while on holiday in Wales and everyone loved it! You manually control the speed of the coaster so its not too terrifying for people who don’t like crazy speed! We had 3 goes which was amazing! The staff were very nice! There’s a cafe and icecream shop nearby Really recommend it!

Lots of fun to be had here, we went on the forest coaster which was so much fun. We went on a really well day and the individual seats had covers attached which was great. Good and drink available in the cafe and a hot food van. Only down side was because of current situation there was nowhere to shelter from the rain once we'd got our food and drink, plenty of picnic benches amongst the trees for less wet days though.

i would like to award 5* to Katie Timmins who handled my recent booking query and her recognition that T&Cs are not set in stone but sometimes a little movement and consideration in favour of the customer really pays dividends. Katies handling of my query really underpins in this case the company's statement that they consider themselves to be “good listeners.” They are!!! Well done Katie, your prompt action and assessment of my situation has earned you this 5* review and you have upheld your company's statement and reputation of being true to your word! 10/10

Super fun experience! We did the zip safari which was a great mix of zip lines and obstacles. Great for kids, despite the fact that we're both twenty somethings. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the course was fun and had some nice scenic views (although a little obscured due to an incoming storm). The best part was the trees swaying with the wind!

Loved the fforest coaster! Disabled facilities are limited, not suitable for wheelchair user or someone struggling on uneven ground. However, cafe was great, plenty of room, clean and adhering to covid guidelines. Staff very friendly and polite, great coffee and cake. Toilets clean and tidy. Disabled toilets have ample space, and are appropriate for the level of accessibility for the sight. Fforest coaster staff very friendly and well organised despite delays due to heavy downpours. Thank you for a memorable visit.

We went here yesterday and got really lucky with the weather. The fforest coaster is amazing and you get three goes! Me and my daughter went all out (no brakes) down the track and it picks up some serious speed. An amazing experience. Zip safari is also brilliant, I’m not usually the best with heights but had so much fun on this that I totally forgot how high I was. Definitely worth a visit, the staff here so friendly and helpful which makes your experience even better. We will definitely come back.

A great day out for families (our children are 6 and 8). We did the Forrest Coaster - much better that we expected, the track was longer and higher than it appeared from the website. You get 3 runs, have to queue each time but it only takes about 5 mins. We all agreed it was more fun than most coasters at Alton Towers etc. Also did the Treetop Nets - the children loved this and the hour flew by. We thought the activities were relatively expensive, however, the quality of the equipment and the planning that has gone into the site was very high and staff were very good, so it was worth it for us. Was a rainy day - the trees give a bit of cover from the rain and it didn't affect the fun.
