MR .HUNJAN worse person in history of estate agent he steel to much money from tenant and landlord insurance fraud mortgage fraud he dose in his own office as well making claim always behalf of landlord for the rent but still get money from tenant i have very bad experience with him i am landlord of 3 property my tenant are very good dealing by agent name Iqbal who works for FFS estate agent very nice person always help full Mr hunajan said he steel money and run away i see Mr Iqbal all the time he is around and he says Mr hunjan is a big lair he not pay his wages for 6 month and did police case to him and get extra money what he is keeping to buy the house in the future mr hunjan you get big punish from God one day you put me in trouble its take me one year to evicted my tenant he not even protect the deposit he says tenant not pay deposit how its possible rent the house with out deposit then he said insurance expire but insurance company says FFS estate agent already black listed with rent 4 sure company because he made so many bogs claim pls i stop all people not go with FFS estate agent pls dont go there his son rajender laughing toy people insult his father mr hunjan infront of him and he laughing hahahaha crazy lire he is
I am a landlord and rented out my house through FFS and their partner HOMESEEKERS in southall. The whole process was shambolic and i am surprised FFS have not been closed down by Trading Standards. I had a tenant through FFS who was paying his rent (on time) for over a year. Then 1 day i had a call from Mr Hunjan from FFS asking me to come to the office. When i met him, i was told that one of the employees of FFS had taken rent from various tenants and run away. What surprised me, was the fact that this alleged employee had not 1 but 3 months rent from various tenants and FFS did not know anything about it. FFS started writing threatening letters to my tenant and other tenants asking them to pay up. My tenant refused and also stopped paying the rent. It took me around a year and thousands of pounds in solicitor fees to get the tenant evicted. During the process, i found out that FFS had even taken a deposit and not secured it. They insisted they never took the deposit but the receipts from the tenant proved otherwise. I will advise you to save the hassle and avoid FFS and HOMESEEKERS Southall.
