Great company offering excellent value for money. We did a lot of research on which firm offered the best value for money and the best service. After a lot of comparing and checking we settled on first formations. We have been really happy with the service received and the support and assistance was great. Very fast and easy. They also had additional services (such as bank accounts with name brand online banks) available - so a proper one stop shop. The website is easy to navigate. There is no pressure selling. They have excellent guides too - I wanted advice on the difference between LLP and LTD, and this was super clear. too. The paperwork was all emailed very fast, and we were able to open a bank account 48 hours later (there was a weekend in between).
