Cable got snagged & tangled up on my manually-operated Hormann up-and-over garage door. They turned up the next day as arranged, fixed the problem and retensioned the spring - all within half an hour. The cost of the work was reasonably priced too. Door opens and closes with ease now. Excellent work guys. Highly recommended!
