Fantastic service and super friendly staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great value bike as these guys care about looking after you. I bought a bike recently and they couldn't have been anymore helpful. I would also look to them if you are looking for your first bike as there is a wide choice and they understand your needs They have got loads of products in stock at their shop and on their website and some great deals

Always have excellent offers on . Great products, cheap and great quality products, that are cheaper than on the open market. Makes shopping a pleasant experience. Used them 3 times and was rather satisfied with the service but had never had need to contact them. When I did was furious to realize they don't reply; sent back an order which never got to them which is fine. I just need them to acknowledge they didn't get it so I can get Royal Mail to compensate me. Been after them since 1 July 2014. Today is 10 September and despite all my emails, they still won't answer.

After visiting once, after seeing an eBay listing from these guys, I have to say the range of items and bike equipment did pleasantly surprise me. The upstairs had all the gear and crash helmets you could need. I was after a tank protector, and they had such a range I didn't know which one to go for, but the staff was very lovely and allowed me to take three tank protectors out of the store and size them up, little thinks like that go a long way and ended up in a sale. Would 100% go back there again.

Having bought many items from here from a new bike for my son to a bike jacket for myself, the staff have always gone that bit further to be helpful. They represent good value and an old fashioned belief to actually want to be polite and helpful. I would gladly recommend them.

After reading the reviews on here I was a bit reluctant to use them when I found myself in this area but I did go in and I was really pleased I did. I agree they do not appear to be the most professional looking outfit but they were a lovely, friendly bunch of guys who could not do enough to help. The young guy I started dealing with (Ash) was really helpful and I then got chatting to a chap called Paul who turned out to be the owner and he was a lovely bloke. We spent as much time laughing as I did trying stuff on, but I also watched them dealing with a young guy who was buying his first bike and they were very professional in how they dealt with him and his Mum. If you want a clinically professional store, go somewhere else. If you want a welcoming, friendly experience, go to these guys. Thanks guys (and the jacket looks great)

I ordered a cover for a Street Triple motorbike, they took eight days to contact me about it not being in stock, then took another week to send a replacement, even after paying another 5, the replacement was for 'Large cruisers' and far too big for my bike. We did get an apology and the offer of a replacement or a refund. We opted for a refund and asked for a returns label, which we were promised by e-mail, it has never arrived, after many phone calls we received it in the post nearly a week later. we were promised a refund as soon as it was posted, they then waited until it was received, even though they had sent a 'Tracked label' Totally disgusted with the whole experience and would definitely never use again. BEWARE!!!!!!
