The customer service from Karina has been exceptional. From the call explaining our ordered shoes were out of stock to suggesting a suitable alternative the help we were given was great. Once the shoes arrived they were quite tight, and Karina gave us some advice to loosen them enough to fit properly and it worked like a dream! I can't recommend 4dance highly enough!
Very helpfull, and covid aware
All the things a person needs for ballet from the shop. They were knowledgeable of the various uniform items that different schools ask for and were very helpful.and patient when dealing with us. And they are also open every day, which for a such a small place is amazing.
I took my daughter here to get her first pointe shoes and was amazed at the service...the whole experience was made very special by 'Laura' ..nothing was too much trouble as she tried 6 different pairs until we found the correct fit. Laura was very informative and a very experienced sales person. I would definitely recommend this store.
