We’ve had a lot of patio furniture over the years, hard wood, plastic, mesh, the flat weave style, all have lasted a few years and either gone brittle or worn through. We are a very social lot and use the garden quite a lot through the year, we saw the 4 Seasons product and loved it, it was definitely an investment and we didn’t get all the pieces in one go but its left outside all year (we do put the cushions away). The oldest is seven years and looks like new, this year we added sun loungers in the same rattan style and you can not tell the difference, the existing patio dining set looks as good as the brand new sun loungers. I am amazed, I definitely expected some colour loss. I couldn’t recommend this product more, its definitely in the luxury area, but you get what you pay for.

Excellent furniture and company - highly recommend. Their customer service was superb when we had a small issue with our table that hadn't stained properly. Not only did they come out to check it but they also agreed it wasn't their required standard and replaced it. All our other furniture has weathered so well this year - we get lots of comments on how nice it is. :-)
Had a telephone call from “manager director” this morning( which I recorded) regarding a faulty product. Absolutely no intention of fixing the problem for me although it is only 1 year old and have a 5 year guarantee! Appalling customer service, I have never been spoken to in that manner. Every question I asked was avoided, he contradicted himself numerous times and refused to put me onto somebody else to help. They way he spoke was so unprofessional I don’t know where he’s got his training from! Being a manager of a large company myself I am surprised that he is even in the position he says he’s in, don’t believe it to be honest. Only interested in sales not after care. Avoid!
Fantastic quality garden furniture which we bought from White Stores. Their showroom was great and the staff really helped with the delivery, assembly and tidying up after. Faultless service. Would recommend 4 Seasons and White Stores to anyone considering buying quality garden furniture.
