FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF
I have tried twice to get a bike repair done by thIs business, first time in the middle of summer Couple years back they said they were going on holiday for two weeks , 2nd time More recently after explaining the symptoms my bike was showing got put on hold then told they were just too busy, not we are busy until such a date just a blatant we are too busy, not exactly great customer service. From what I have heard they only do easy service work replace Tyres etc Probably not capable of actually repairing the kind of fault my bike has, more suited to those who don’t service their own bikes. Certainly won’t be a third time.Attempting to use them.
