Very happy with our piano purchase from Hanna and Sons, which we’ve now had for some months. Great customer service. We visited the shop a couple of times before committing, which was no problem. Detailed advice and plenty of scope to try all the models we wanted. Fastidious Covid-19 precautions too! Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Fantastic customer service and care. Went to buy a Yamaha keyboard. Mr Hanna took considerable time to explain and demonstrate the various options. Did not rush us at all. When we decided on the model he ordered it and had it delivered to us quickly. Follow up call to ensure that the delivery had taken place and that we were satisfied. You don't get that buying online from Amazon!

I initially went into their piano shop clueless about which piano to buy because there are so many makes and brands but they were really helpful in showing me around and letting me play on the pianos and get a feel for them and help me decide the best one for me. Their piano tuning service and delivery was also great. Would definitely recommend them.
