Waited a month for an appointment, was told to expect them after 12 on appointed day so was home from 11.30 to get message that they had come at 11.20 and couldn't come back. Woman in office extremely unhelpful so feel very let down. Not a very professional outfit!
So pleased with the service, everything left clean and tidy, you should be proud of your service engineer, so helpful.
